Legal Assistant

Job Description

  • Provide full support to the legal department and handle the daily administrative work.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the proper execution of all Admin Work and compliance with company policies.
  • Receiving court orders and communicating the same to legal team and DI stakeholders.
  • Gathering necessary documents and information to begin building a legal case.
  • Organize and maintain filing system (hard/soft) for important and confidential documents.
  • Maintain and update the log for incoming letters, Memos, legal-related documents and distribute to all concerned.
  • Assist the Legal department in preparing & developing reports and case summaries and update.
  • Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors, determine which are priority matters, and inform the legal advisor accordingly.
  • Ensure accuracy of the files and edit if needed.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Manage office supplies stock.
  • Coordinating between Group Legal Advisor and DI group legal personnel.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by the Direct Manager.
