Your Opportunity:

The Legal Assistant will help attorneys with a wide range of tasks from administrative office help to assisting with critical projects. We will provide training for highly motivated individuals who show a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation, drafting, and reviewing of legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
  • Communicate professionally with clients and opposing counsel
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining case files
  • Conduct legal research and compile case-related information
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of client interactions, case progress, and court filings
  • Assist with preparation of client meetings and depositions

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Paralegal certification is a plus but not required
  • 2 to 4 years of office, legal, or professional work
  • Natural and comfortable with exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and dependable with a strong work ethic

Your Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $45,000-$58,000, commensurate with experience
