Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Moll Law Group, a National Injury Law Firm, is seeking bright, highly motivated and professional Legal Assistants/Paralegals. Moll Law Group represents the families who lost a loved one and those seriously injured by defective products, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and accidents.

Applicants must be able to work independently and in a team effort and be:

· highly detail oriented and organized;
· self motivated and work well under pressure;
· energetic with a positive attitude; and
· punctual and responsible.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

· monitor and respond to incoming clients;
· assist in the investigation and work-up of cases;
· ordering and tracking of medical records requests;
· draft correspondence and alert staff of pending deadlines; and
· draft medical summaries for assigned cases.

Qualifications:

· 2-4 year degree required;
· exceptional computer skills and proficiency in all Microsoft applications;
· legal experience a plus.
