We specialize in the consultation and litigation of white-collar crime cases, with a primary focus on the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), Customs Act, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and related legal domains.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Associate with expertise in drafting and legal research to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial and economic laws, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, and case briefs.
• Conducting in-depth legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations related to white-collar crimes.
• Assisting in the preparation of arguments and strategies for litigation.
• Collaborating with senior attorneys and clients to provide comprehensive legal support.
• Staying updated on legislative developments and judicial precedents in relevant areas.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university;
• 2–3 years of experience in legal drafting and research, preferably in white-collar crime litigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
