Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Handle E-Billing process for various clients
- Regularly connect with attorneys with updates and reporting requests
- Assist with client requests and handle billing tracking
- Investigate and resolve any billing issues
- Maintain highest level of client service in all communications
Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of legal or professional services billing experience
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with Firm clients and employees
While this position has the option to be fully remote, candidates must be based in DC or Boston, MA area or have independent plans for relocation.
