  • JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking an individual to manage and distribute information within the office. This generally includes answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files. This can also include transcribing and proofreading legal documents, scheduling meetings, communicating with clients, filing and organizing important documents. Legal secretary may also send and receive correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers.

EXPECTED HOURS

Full time – 9:00am – 5:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree (required)

· Bilingual in English and Spanish

· Secretarial or administrative support skills

· Background in legal field preferred however not necessary

· Proficient in computer software

· Customer service

· Strong communication skills

· Detail Orientated

· Effective Interpersonal Communication

· Teamwork
