About the Role:
XenonDev is hiring a Legal Case Support Executive for our UK-based client working in the domestic abuse support sector. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage sensitive case discussions, and maintain accurate communication records with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls related to legal case work in the domestic abuse domain.
• Communicate effectively with clients and authorities in the UK region.
• Maintain detailed and confidential call notes and records.
• Collaborate with the internal legal support team for case follow-ups and updates.
• Ensure empathy, accuracy, and professionalism in every interaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English (UK communication experience preferred).
• Prior experience working with UK clients or processes.
• Strong communication, listening, and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive topics with discretion and compassion.
