Legal Coordinator

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize case files and legal documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal legal team and external lawyers.
  • Keep track of court dates, hearings, and deadlines; ensure timely reminders are given.
  • Prepare, update, and archive case-related records.
  • Assist in drafting and formatting legal correspondence and documentation.
  • Support the legal team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a legal or documentation role will be preferred.
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
