Legal- Corporate Law (Dubai)

Functional Competencies and Responsibilities:

• Sound experience in drafting and reviewing simple and complex contracts such as Lease Agreements, Sale & Purchase Agreements, Distribution Agreements, EPC Contracts, Joint Venture Agreements, etc.
• Background in banking and finance is preferred but not essential.
• Legal Consultation and Advise on wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to commercial, civil, criminal, and regulatory issues.
• Experienced in corporate secretarial and governance functions.
• Proficient in drafting legal opinion(s) / Reports on all UAE Laws Specifically Civil Transaction Law, Company Law, Real Estate Laws, Construction Law, Insurance Law, Commercial Agency Law, Bankruptcy Law.
• Assist with maintenance and updating of legal database and Provide training to the business to enhance legal awareness.
• Should be knowledgeable in ADGM, DIFC Laws.
