Legal Counsel

• Review draft rulings to confirm legal soundness, enforceability and alignment with statutory requirements.
• Assess alignment with applicants’ rights and administrative law principles.
• Identify potential conflicts, ambiguities, or gaps in interpretation and propose practical legal remedies.
• Provide structured feedback to Tax Analysts and Senior Tax Analysts, agreeing on required revisions.
• Coordinate with the Case Manager to ensure documentation standards and sign-off procedures are adequately followed.
• Participate in technical discussions and hearings as needed and provide legal briefings to the Head of Section.
• Evaluate potential litigation risks and implications for precedent and consistency.
• Advise on qualification language or guardrails to mitigate legal exposure.
• Ensure positions are sustainable under internal appeal and judicial review.

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR22,000.00 per month

• Master's (Required)

• legal experience in litigation or advisory: 7 years (Required)
