The Main Event: What You'll Drive, Build, and Own

• Manage corporate lifecycle and governance of group entities across multiple jurisdictions (UAE, KSA, EU), ensuring compliance with laws and operational licenses.
• Lead structural reorganizations and asset migrations to optimize for capital raises, tax efficiency, and risk management.
• Draft and monitor board resolutions, AoAs, MoAs, PoAs, and intercompany service agreements for compliance and governance alignment.
• Own end-to-end commercial contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership negotiations.
• Partner with product and tech teams to ensure new features comply with regional regulations.
• Develop and maintain legal playbooks, automated templates, and global trademark/domain portfolios.
• Support real estate and mortgage operations with SPAs, referral agreements, agent-to-agent contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on data protection, AML/CTF, sanctions reporting, and pre-litigation dispute management.
• Review and refine customer-facing policies, privacy notices, and terms of use for consistency across markets.
• Advise senior management on risk-based decisions and embed governance into daily operations.
• Oversee external counsel selection, performance, and cost-effective legal delivery.
• Train teams on legal hygiene and promote a group-wide culture of governance, accountability, and compliance.

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of PQE. A hybrid background of top-tier law firm training and in-house experience in a fast-paced tech/start-up environment is highly preferred.
• Jurisdictional Reach: Demonstrable experience navigating UAE, KSA, and EU legal frameworks.
• Languages: Full professional fluency in English. Arabic fluency is required, with a preference for candidates capable of legal drafting in Arabic as well.
