We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Real Estate Legal Counsel to lead our legal department. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic legal guidance on real estate transactions, contractual matters, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all operations align with legal standards while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance and support on a wide range of real estate matters, including property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate agreements, contracts, and legal documents, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and joint venture agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence on real estate transactions to identify and mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Advise on real estate regulatory matters, including zoning laws, land use regulations, and property licensing requirements in Dubai and the wider UAE.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business objectives.
• Represent the company in real estate-related legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution as necessary.
• Stay updated on changes in real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends in Dubai and provide proactive legal advice to management and stakeholders.
• Provide legal training and guidance to internal teams on real estate legal matters and best practices.
