We are Hiring Sr.Legal Executive in Real Estate Firm-Developers Dholera

Job Title: Legal Executive - Real Estate

Location: Sindhu bhavan,Ahmedabad
Salary: up to 35,000 per month ( Depend on Interview)
Industries : Real Estate- Developers Firm-Dholera.
Experience: 2–5 Years
Working Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Wednesday
Responsibilities:
Revenue Non Litigation
Sale Deed & property document verification
Property title search & legal due diligence
Drafting & vetting sale deeds, lease deeds
Property registration, stamp duty & legal compliance
Coordination with Sub-Registrar, Revenue & local authorities
Legal notices & advocate coordination

Requirements:
Advocate or Legal Firm Office experience preferred

Languages known: Gujarati / Hindi / English
Strong knowledge of Gujarat real estate laws

Industry: Real Estate / Property Development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
