The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring properties (mainly commercial) and leasing the same to corporate bodies, multinational companies, and banks. National Realty identifies and acquires high growth potential commercial properties for income and appreciation in capital values. To meet the growing requirements of the company we are looking for qualified and experienced Legal Head with 4 to 7 years of experience.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, Leave & License agreements, probate and trust documents, leases, financing statements, purchase and property management agreements,
• title abstracts, summaries, and commitments, as required, Due diligence for acquisition of properties, etc.
• Represent client at real estate closings, in real estate disputes, and real estate litigation Should have Real Estate Knowledge
• Drafting various documents for sale / lease of land to customers
• Drafting of MOU, allotment letter, Agreements, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Declaration, Indemnity.

· Experience/ Attending High Courts, NCLT, Small causes court, cooperative courts, etc.

· Due diligence for acquisition of properties, etc.

Candidate Profile

· The candidate should possess 5 -8 years of relevant experience

· Knowledge in APF Business

· Market knowledge on Real Estate Market in respective Zone

· Should possess Legal Degree
