Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive with strong knowledge in Trademark filing, IPR laws, and agreement drafting. The candidate should be capable of handling intellectual property matters and drafting legal documents efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Trademark filing and related documentation

Ensure compliance with Trademark, Copyright, and Patent laws

Manage Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters

Draft and review agreements, contracts, MoUs, and NDAs

Provide legal support and documentation assistance

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Trademark filing procedures

Good understanding of IPR laws (Trademark, Copyright, Patent)

Excellent agreement drafting skills

Attention to detail and strong analytical ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,277.13 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
