• Draft, vet, review, and revise sale deeds, agreements for sale, development agreements, and other real estaterelated documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence of land, including title search, ownership verification, and investigation of historical and legal records.
• Prepare and process legal documents related to land mutation and registration.
