Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive based in Mumbai. The Legal Executive will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring legal compliance and performing all the related tasks of the legal department.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in legal drafting, reviewing contracts, and negotiation of media related documents
• Thorough knowledge of applicable legal regulations, intellectual property rights, and media law
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis to address complex legal matters
• Great attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) and relevant professional certifications
• Previous experience in the media or entertainment industry is an advantage
