Legal Executive

• Make a recovery call
• Take care of all *GP Group Company’s legal matters and current legal cases of 138, cases related to misbranding and Trademark registration coordinating with law firms, and lawyers. Maintaining case costs by verifying outstanding balances with attorneys, clients, and providers (accounts) – prepare status reports and submit to directors.
• Support and prepare case summaries and materials for mediation conferences, prepare pleadings, monitor and obtain discovery responses, and organize materials for a team case review.
• Follow up on the cases until they are disposed of/closed and update MIS for cases to inform the concerned person
• Draft legal documents and Provide legal assistance in drafting, reviewing contracts, managing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Education Qualification - B.Com LLB

This position is for fresher.
