Legal Intake Specialist

A national law firm, specializing in disability law, is seeking a telephone intake specialist to screen, qualify and sign up new clients who need help obtaining their disability benefits from the Social Security Administration.

The top candidate must be personable, self-starting, responsible, computer-literate, possess a good phone voice and sales skills. The person must be able to handle a large call volume while remaining calm, compassionate and empathetic with the people we serve.

Previous experience as a legal intake specialist (or experience in a call center setting) is strongly preferred.

Bonus points:

· Salesforce.com (Litify) experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
