To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new Legal Intern:

Job purpose:

To support the legal team in research, drafting, reviewing, and archiving legal documents, while assisting with due diligence, corporate governance, and coordination with external lawyers. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution of legal operations.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Conducting legal research and legal advice
• Drafting and translating legal documentations
• Reviewing simple agreements such as NDAs, MoUs, etc. to check for errors or inconsistencies in terms or clauses.
• Assisting the legal team in the archiving process (the collection and arrangement of all executed agreements)
• Assisting the legal team in the due diligence process of old executed agreement to check for red flags including expiration, change of control, no termination for convenience, etc.
• Assisting the legal team with the liaising with external lawyers in gathering required evidence, help with tracking down all updates regarding on going cases, etc.
• Preparing case summaries and trackers of ongoing cases
• Assisting the legal team with updating the task tracker and keeping track of all new requests, as well as the assignment of tasks
• Assisting the legal team and the external lawyers in all corporate governance including the drafting and filling of corporate documents, board meetings/resolutions, etc.

Requirements

• Legal background is preferred.
• Fresh grades are welcome to apply
