This position reports to the Senior Legal Counsel, who leads the legal function for DSV Turkey. As a Legal Intern, you will work closely with the local legal team and be part of the global Group Legal structure, supporting day-to-day legal operations and projects assigned by your manager.

The internship duration is 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 1 year, based on performance and team needs.

Job Description

• Take ownership of compliance-related tasks and projects, including GDPR implementation,
• Support the preparation of corporate legal documentation,
• Conduct legal research on various topics relevant to the business,
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts under supervision,
• Contribute to corporate housekeeping processes and filings,
• Assist in handling internal and external corporate matters,
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when needed,
• Support the maintenance of an effective legal archiving system.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate of Law; Master’s degree is a plus,
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken,
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
• Detail-oriented and proactive with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities,
• Interest or general knowledge of the logistics and transport sector is a plus.
