Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all EOBI and SESSI registrations, contributions, updates, and employee record maintenance.
  • Manage labour law compliance as per applicable federal and provincial regulations.
  • Prepare and process labour department documentation, inspections, and compliance reports.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances, disciplinary cases, domestic inquiries, and IR-related matters.
  • Liaise with labour officers, government bodies, legal advisors, and external agencies.
  • Ensure timely renewals of licences, registrations, and maintain updated compliance files.
  • Support senior management in union negotiations, settlements, and arbitration (if applicable).
  • Draft and review legal notices, letters, and internal memos related to IR and compliance.
  • Maintain proper documentation and prepare monthly compliance reports for senior management.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by Senior Manager.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or another field.

· Strong knowledge of EOBI, SESSI, labour laws, disciplinary procedures, and statutory requirements.

· Good communication, documentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to deal with government authorities professionally.

· 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Location: Gadap Town Behind Baqai Medical University | Super Highway | Karachi - Pakistan.
