We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager with distinctive experience in the energy industry to provide strategic legal advice and support across various aspects of our business operations.

What responsibilities do we expect you to fulfill as Legal Manager?

• Provide expert legal advice and support on energy-related matters, including regulatory compliance, permitting, and licensing requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including power purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and procurement contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging issues affecting the energy sector.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and executives, to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
• Manage external legal counsel and consultants as necessary, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of legal services.

The qualities we expect along with your talents;

• If you have a Turkish law degree (LL.B) from a leading university with a strong academic background,
• If you have at least 10 years of experience in the legal profession,
• If you have proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts and agreements.
