Leads monitoring: Updating, preparation and monitoring of the lead tracker and assess the leads secured from various sources such as distributer, customers, authorities etc.

Sending communication to Licensing Authority/ Police Authorities, filing FIRs etc.

Liasoning with Regulators/ Pharma Associations/ Police etc.

Enforcement Actions: Coordinate with the internal teams and external consultants for approvals and actions at every stage on the leads

Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams including legal, packaging, distribution, marketing, and sales to align brand protection strategies with overall business objectives.

Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in the supply chain and distribution networks that could compromise the integrity of the brand.

Investigation agencies: Identification and onboarding of investigation agencies pan India with relevant experience and expertise. Coordinating for all pre-enforcement and enforcement action on the leads. Assessment of the reports and evidences shared by the agencies and seek internal and external approvals accordingly.

Prosecution (if applicable): Initiating civil and/ or criminal action as may be advised.

Technology Adoption: Stay updated with technological advancements in brand protection tools such as serialization, track-and-trace systems, and anti-counterfeiting technologies. Analyze the Implementation strategy of these technologies where applicable in the existing system.
