Legal Manager

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide legal advice and support to various business functions.
• Handle disputes, litigation, and liaise with external legal counsel when required.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization.
• Develop and implement policies to mitigate legal risks.
• Manage intellectual property matters, including trademarks and copyrights.
• Conduct legal research and ensure timely resolution of legal queries.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary

Additional Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; Master’s degree (LLM) is preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, labor law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with intellectual property laws and dispute resolution mechanisms
