Legal Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated legal professional to independently manage and oversee projects related to slum development and redevelopment schemes. The candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of the entire process under the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) framework.

Key Responsibilities

•   Work independently on slum development/redevelopment projects.
•   Prepare and submit schemes, development agreements, Power of Attorney, affidavits, MOUs, and other required documents for Slum Rehab Scheme submission.
•   Manage and oversee the end-to-end process of slum development/redevelopment.
•   Attend slum society meetings and draft accurate minutes of meetings.
•   Liaise with government authorities, legal teams, and society members to ensure compliance and approvals.
•   Maintain proper records and documentation for all submissions and agreements.

Candidate Requirements

•   Minimum 10 years of proven experience in slum redevelopment projects.
•   Strong knowledge of Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) processes and documentation.
•   Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•   Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
•   Experience in handling legal and administrative paperwork related to redevelopment projects.
•   Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with slum societies and government officials.

Language Requirement

•   Marathi-speaking candidate preferred.
•   Must be proficient in Marathi language and Marathi typing for documentation and communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
