Legal Manager

Position: Legal Manager / Sr. Legal Executive – Contracts, Arbitration & Consumer Cases

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and vendor contracts.
• Manage arbitration matters end-to-end, including drafting, hearings, and award enforcement.
• Handle consumer cases before District, State & National Commissions.
• Coordinate with external counsels and internal departments for legal proceedings.
• Provide legal advice on contracts, disputes, and compliance issues.
• Maintain legal trackers, documentation, and ensure timely filings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) with valid Sanad to practice in India.
• 3–5 years’ experience in contracts, arbitration & consumer litigation.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in legal research tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and high on integrity.
