Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Legal Manager with 2+ years of litigation and banking law expertise.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, Section 25 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, arbitration, civil, and criminal laws. Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with lawyers, law firms, and customers are essential.

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage cases filed against the company- Coordinate with lawyers and law firms- Police liaisoning and ensuring service of summons and warrants- Meet with customers regularly- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Requirements:-

2+ years of experience in litigation and banking law- Strong knowledge of Section 138 N.I Act and Section 25 PASA- Excellent communication and coordination skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have previous employment in banking sector

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
