Job Overview:
Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a Junior Legal Officer for an insurance-sector client. This opportunity is ideal for fresh LLB graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build their career in corporate and insurance law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordination of litigation matters and follow-ups with external legal counsels
- Review and vet basic legal documents including contracts, NDAs, and agreements
- Support in drafting legal notices, replies, and internal documentation
- Conduct legal research related to insurance and corporate laws
- Prepare case summaries, para-wise comments, and reports
- Maintain proper documentation and records of legal cases and contracts
- Coordinate with internal departments for compliance-related matters
Eligibility Criteria:
- LLB (Bar enrollment preferred but not mandatory)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh candidates with strong internships are encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of SECP regulations, contract law, and corporate practices
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

- This is a junior-level position with a maximum salary of PKR 65,000
- Candidates with higher salary expectations or senior-level experience are advised not to apply
