Legal Receptionist and Hospitality Services

Summary: In this role, you serve as the welcoming face and voice of our legal office setting, providing transformative experiences to all who enter our doors or call from across the nation. You greet visitors with warmth, distribute badges, schedule meeting rooms, and ensure seamless call transfers, all while radiating enthusiasm for our company's vision and values.

Legal Environment Job Responsibilities

• Possess the legal background to understand client matter workflow, such as:
• Charge back to firm and/or clients for work, supplies, hours, etc.
• Familiar with legal technologies and software such as document management systems as well as cost recovery and charge back systems (examples: Copitrak/Equitrac, etc.).
• Familiar with legal records management processes.
• Familiar with processes and documents such as: closing binders, depositions, transcripts, briefs, addendums, filings, discovery, judgments, knowledge of court systems, and the proper delivery of items and documents within the court system.
• Assists with scheduling needed equipment, labor, and supplies for offsite trial(s).
• Maintains utmost professionalism and willingness to assist legal customers including law partners, paralegals, and legal administrative assistants with value-added services.

• Keep our communication tools sharp, ensuring our systems are agile and ready.

• Own the process of ordering, organizing, and sharing promotional swag, leveraging approaches to boost our brand's profile and impact.

Qualifications Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 1 year of front desk coordinator experience.

Qualifications Nice to Have:

• Certification or extra training in customer service or office administration.
