Our Legal Division partners with global law firms, holding groups, and regional conglomerates to source exceptional legal professionals across Private Practice and In-House functions.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a bright, ambitious Legal Recruitment Intern to join our Legal Division for a 3–6 month internship . This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the recruitment process, the legal industry, and the inner workings of a high-performing consultancy environment.

You will work closely with experienced consultants to support candidate sourcing, research, data management, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on law firms, in-house legal teams, and regional market trends.
• Assist consultants in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across the Middle East.
• Manage and update candidate data within our CRM (Bullhorn).
• Prepare candidate CVs, interview briefs, and client reports.
• Draft job descriptions and LinkedIn posts to attract top talent.
• Attend internal team meetings and contribute ideas to improve process efficiency.

Who You Are

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Law, Business, or Human Resources (or related field).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in the legal profession and the recruitment industry .
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or French a plus).
