Role Description

As a Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the seamless operation of our firm. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the management of all case files from intake through settlement or litigation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
  • Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and manage attorney calendars, scheduling depositions, hearings, and client meetings.
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online to assist with billing, invoicing, and managing financial records.
  • Handle all other administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, with a focus on personal injury law prefered.
  • Proven proficiency with Clio case management software.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online for financial administrative tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
