Key Responsibilities
Legal Secretary ( UAE Experience mandatory)
- Prepare, format, and review legal documents, letters, contracts, and reports.
- Maintain and organise legal files, records, and documentation (both physical and electronic).
- Ensure all documents are properly filed, updated, and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external legal advisors, and government authorities when required.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain the legal team’s calendar.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in preparing documentation for licenses, permits, and regulatory submissions.
- Track deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements to ensure timely action.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and official letters.
- Support contract administration, including drafting, review coordination, and record maintenance.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Assist in legal research and compilation of reference materials when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
