Key Responsibilities
Legal Secretary ( UAE Experience mandatory)

  • Prepare, format, and review legal documents, letters, contracts, and reports.
  • Maintain and organise legal files, records, and documentation (both physical and electronic).
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed, updated, and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, external legal advisors, and government authorities when required.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain the legal team’s calendar.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for licenses, permits, and regulatory submissions.
  • Track deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements to ensure timely action.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and official letters.
  • Support contract administration, including drafting, review coordination, and record maintenance.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in legal research and compilation of reference materials when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
