We are seeking a young and motivated Legal Specialist with 2-4 years of professional experience in labor law to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of labor cases, employment laws , and dismissal proceedings , offering strategic legal support to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on matters related to labor laws and regulations.
• Handle labor disputes, including dismissal cases, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and legal documents.
• Represent the company in labor cases and liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with national labor laws and stay updated on legislative changes.
• Conduct internal investigations and provide recommendations to resolve employment issues.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a Masters degree is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience specializing in labor law and employment-related cases.
• Strong knowledge of dismissal procedures, redundancy cases, and related legal frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
