Job Title: Legal Executive (Enrolled)

Qualification: LLB, B.com

Experience: 0.6 Month - Freshers

Time: 9:30AM to 6:30AM

Location: Mount Road, Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

We are seeking an enrolled Legal Executive with a background in Law to support legal operations, coordinate with senior professionals, and manage client interactions. The role also involves assisting in expanding client relationships and supporting firm growth through professional engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior advocates/legal professionals in legal and IPR-related matters
• Coordinate with seniors for case preparation, documentation, and follow-ups
• Handle client interactions, meetings, and preliminary consultations
• Support IPR work including trademarks, copyrights, and related filings
• Engage with prospective and existing clients and maintain professional relationships
• Prepare and maintain legal documents, files, and client records
• Draft basic legal notices, letters, and applications under guidance
• Follow up with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders as required

Qualifications:

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university
• Enrolled with the Bar Council
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
• Freshers or candidates with relevant experience may apply
• Familiarity with MS Office and email communication
