TASKS
The Liaison Manager is responsible for:
Coordinate all activities related to the smooth operations of the TCS contract
Act as the first point of contact for the customer on all critical operational & contractual matters
Guide & support internal LHT teams (Bangalore, Hong Kong, Germany) to meet timelines & deliverables
Closely monitor the contractual fulfilment agreed between LHT & customer in as per the agreed contractual terms
Engage actively with the customer to define, align, & set priorities on various operational topics
Liaise closely with LHT’s internal stakeholders
Coordinate performance reviews with the customer & LHT stakeholders
Oversee customer account statements & follow up on pending invoices
Support dispute resolution on operational or invoice-related issues
Perform special projects
- All other duties as assigned or required

REQUIREMENTS
Are you ready to Take-off with us? Know more about the requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, component MRO, or customer support roles within the aviation industry
Strong understanding of aircraft component management, logistics processes, & contractual frameworks
Proven experience in managing customer interfaces, in an onsite or liaison capacity
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently
High sense of ownership, accountability & attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office & data visualization/reporting tools
Fluency in English (written & spoken) & Hindi (spoken)
