Position: Licensed Architect (Abu Dhabi)

We are looking for a Licensed Architect with strong design and technical expertise to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has solid UAE experience, a passion for architectural design, and the ability to manage projects from concept to approval and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:

• Any nationality
• 4–5 years work experience
• Licensed and registered in Abu Dhabi Municipality
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Specialized in architectural design for high-end villas, housing, offices, commercial buildings, and fit-out works
• Experience using MEPS system
• Knowledgeable in rules and regulations of ADM and ADCD
• Ability to prepare architectural drawings, handle municipality submissions, and conduct site visits
