We are seeking a qualified Licensed Civil Engineer / Project Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for site supervision, construction management, and coordination of all engineering, technical, and contractual aspects of the project.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project quotations for construction and fit-out works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Develop project timelines, manage resources effectively, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Supervise construction activities including residential, commercial buildings, and other structures.
• Oversee fit-out and interior finishing works, ensuring alignment with design and safety requirements.
• Monitor material testing and site quality control processes.

Requirements:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (UAE)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within construction projects
• Strong background in site supervision, BOQ preparation, and project estimation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Solid technical knowledge of construction processes and standards
