Job description

Are you a dynamic, driven individual who is looking for a long-term role in a growing spa? We are looking for an exceptional Licensed Esthetician to join our team who focus on creating an exceptional guest experience!

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be able to perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, micropeels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and tailored to clients’ skin types and conditions.
• Must be able to perform and be proficient in lash lifts and waxing.
• Evaluate clients’ skin to determine suitable treatments and skincare products, providing expert advice and personalized recommendations.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, ensuring all tools and treatment areas are cleaned and sterilized according to industry standards.
• Engage with clients to understand their skincare goals and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.
• Educate clients on the benefits of facials and recommend products and treatment frequency
• Understand all wellness and spa services and products, and inform clients about current promotions
• Be a team player and help with operational tasks such as laundry

Qualifications

• Must comply with local and state licensing/certifications laws and regulations
• Must have at least 1 year working experience
• Strong Knowledge of Skincare Products and Techniques: In-depth understanding of skin anatomy, conditions, and the products and techniques used in the industry.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork skills, maintains a professional demeanor, exercises discretion, and presents a polished appearance
• Must carry Professional liability insurance

Benefits:

• Competitive pay based on experience and performance. Range (15%- 25% commission per service).
