Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Perform body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Administer advanced procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and care.
• Manage retail sales by recommending products and conducting product demos to educate clients on skincare routines and solutions.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations, ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize salon management software like Millennium and MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking.
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share beauty tips, and build lasting relationships.
• Assist at the front desk by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Upsell additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
• Stay current on industry trends such as color theory, nail care, barbering techniques, and med spa innovations to provide expert advice.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, facial procedures, eyelash extensions, and dermabrasion techniques.
• Familiarity with salon software systems such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple services efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members alike.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures essential for maintaining a hygienic environment.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling strategies, social media management, and guest services preferred.
• Ability to perform specialized treatments including Botox injections, dermal fillers, tattooing (if certified), hair extensions, straight razor shaves, nail care services, and hair styling techniques. Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $45.59 per hour
