Licensed Esthetician

Job Summary
Deluxe Medspa & Beauty is seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician / Facial Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of skincare treatments, delivers an exceptional client experience, and is confident recommending treatments and skincare products that help clients achieve their goals.

This position is ideal for someone who is not only technically skilled but also comfortable educating clients, recommending treatment plans, and cross-selling services and products that benefit their skin.

Pay will be hourly with commission based on the treatments done and products sold.

Compensation:
Hourly wage + performance incentives and quarterly bonus opportunities based on team goals and results.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of facial treatments tailored to individual client needs, including but not limited to deep cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns or questions regarding treatments.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Document client treatment plans and progress accurately with detailed notes and before-and-after pictures.
• Sell treatments, procedures, and memberships that would be beneficial to clients.

Skills

• Strong facial treatment techniques and skincare knowledge
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a hygienic workspace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service with a focus on creating positive client experiences.
• Knowledge of skincare products and ability to perform product demos effectively.
• Ability to confidently recommend, sell, and cross-sell treatments and skincare products
• Selling experience to provide clients with the best treatment options for their skin.

Requirements

• Active Florida Esthetician / Facial Specialist License (MANDATORY)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (MANDATORY)
• Experience performing facial treatments and skincare services
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to provide a luxury client experience
• Comfortable recommending treatments and helping clients commit to treatment plans

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
