The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in skincare treatments and services, with an ability to provide exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty and wellness services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients.

Duties

• Perform all Brow services including but not limited to Brow thread & Wax, Brow tinting , Brow mapping, Brow lamination
• Cluster & Strip lash application.
• Perform various esthetic treatments including all kinds of Facials - manual and machine operated like Microdermabrasion and Hydrafacials.
• Perform all kinds of hair removal treatments like waxing and threading.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
• Utilise salon software and management systems for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Provide retail sales support by recommending skincare products and upselling services to enhance client experience.
• Engage in social media management to promote services and showcase client transformations.
• Assist with front desk operations, including guest services and appointment confirmations.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on proper skincare routines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive service experience.

Skills

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in various esthetic techniques including hair threading, deep tissue massage, dermabrasion, and ability to handle equipments
• Ability to manage social media platforms effectively for marketing purposes.
• Experience in a similar field is mandator.
• Experience in a med spa setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in both service delivery and sanitation practices.

Job Type: Part-time

Base Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
