Licensed Esthetician

Ageless MD is a boutique, high-end medical spa in Tustin specializing in advanced non-surgical cosmetic treatments and medical-grade skincare. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a polished professional with 2+ years of hands-on experience in a medical spa environment who understands both advanced skincare treatments and high-level aesthetic consultations.

Our ideal candidate is confident, knowledgeable, polished in presentation, and passionate about delivering elevated patient experiences while driving revenue through treatment plans and product sales.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Active California Esthetician License
• Minimum 2+ years experience in a medical spa or medical aesthetics environment
• Proven experience with high-ticket treatment plan sales
• Strong consultation and closing skills
• Professional appearance with luxury-level client communication
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard aesthetic practice

Treatment Experience Required

• Hydrafacial or DiamondGlow (Certification preferred)
• Medical-grade chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• Advanced facial protocols
• Customized treatment planning based on skin analysis

Product Knowledge Preferred

Experience with medical-grade skincare systems such as:

• SkinMedica
• Alastin Skincare
• EltaMD
• Other physician-dispensed skincare brands

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments according to Ageless MD protocols
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and analyses
• Build customized treatment plans for long-term skin health
• Drive retail skincare and treatment package sales
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and clinical standards
• Deliver an exceptional luxury patient experience
• Support providers and assist in clinic flow when there are no scheduled patients
• Participate in marketing initiatives and patient outreach
• Utilize social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Yelp to support practice growth
• Participate in monthly events, promotions, and patient education initiatives
