Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, and laser treatments with precision and care.
• Deliver advanced treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, esthetic laser procedures to meet diverse client needs.
• Manage client consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual skin types and goals.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized according to health regulations.
• Utilize salon management software like Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate client records.
• Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and retail sales effectively.
• Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing client questions, and upselling retail products when appropriate.
• Assist with front desk operations including appointment bookings, check-ins, and customer inquiries to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Stay current on industry trends such as color theory, makeup application techniques, hair styling, nail care, barbering, and med spa innovations to enhance service offerings.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Strong management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience in social media management for marketing promotions and engaging with clients online is preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace. Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
