Duties

• Provide a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care
• Perform advanced skincare procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair threading to meet individual client needs
• Manage retail sales by recommending products and conducting product demos to enhance client results and satisfaction
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Utilize salon software systems like Millennium and MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales tracking
• Engage actively with guests through social media management and communication skills to promote services and build lasting relationships
• Assist at the front desk by greeting clients, managing bookings, answering inquiries, and supporting overall guest services to ensure a seamless experience

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in Cosmetology or related fields
• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatment, body waxing, nail care, makeup application, hair styling, barbering or related specialties such as hair extensions or straight razor shaving
• Familiarity with salon management software including Millennium and MINDBODY is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions and upselling opportunities
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards for esthetic procedures
• Ability to perform complex treatments like dermabrasion, dermal fillers, tattooing (if certified), deep tissue massage or med spa services confidently
• Excellent communication skills paired with a hospitality mindset to create an inviting environment for clients
• Experience with social media management for marketing services and engaging with the community is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
