Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, and skin laser treatments( Clear & Brilliant). Conduct consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Manage retail sales by upselling skincare products and demonstrating product demos to enhance client results.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Utilize salon software like Mango Mint for appointment scheduling, client records management, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Engage actively with clients via social media to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments including facial therapies, dermabrasion, laser procedures such as Clear & Brilliant.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations effectively.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for esthetic practices.
• Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling and product demos to maximize client satisfaction.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
