Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, waxing, body wraps and body services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Uphold the highest standards of guest services, ensuring each client feels valued and cared for.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Experience in guest services with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
• Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Ability to promote sales effectively while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
