<Job Summary>
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare, beauty, and wellness services while providing outstanding guest experiences. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best, all within a supportive environment that values diversity and individuality.

<Duties>

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Provide advanced services such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and tattooing with professionalism and precision.
• Deliver hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, straight razor shaves, and makeup application to enhance client beauty routines.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos to educate clients on their benefits.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking.
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share updates, and build community presence.
• Provide excellent guest services by listening attentively to client needs, upselling appropriate treatments or products, and ensuring a memorable experience.

<Requirements>

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields.
• Experience in med spa settings or luxury salons preferred; familiarity with management systems like Millennium or MINDBODY is advantageous.
• Proficiency in advanced esthetic procedures including Botox (Botulinum toxin), dermal fillers, laser treatments, and tattooing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare routines and treatment options.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, body waxing techniques, nail care, makeup application, and hair styling.
• Ability to manage social media accounts for marketing purposes effectively.
