Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, hydrafacial, dermaplanning, and peelings treatments with precision and care.
• Apply makeup for special occasions or photo shoots, demonstrating color theory and makeup techniques.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products, conducting product demos, and upselling treatments to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and properly sterilizing tools after each use.
• Utilize salon software such as Square or Dr.Chronos for appointment scheduling, client records management, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Engage with clients through social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and building an online community.
• Front desk responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries professionally, and ensuring smooth appointment flow.
• Stay current with industry trends in hair styling, nail care, barbering, tattooing, and med spa treatments to provide innovative services that excite clients.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Proven experience delivering facial treatments, dermabrasion, and other esthetic procedures in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with advanced cosmetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and esthetic laser technology. (desired)
• Experience managing salon software like Square or Dr. Chronos for scheduling and client management.
• Strong background in retail sales with the ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of social media management tools for marketing purposes is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and skincare routines.
• Prior experience in a med spa or luxury salon environment is highly desirable.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
