Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Esthetician to join our spa team. As a service provider at Willow Creek Salon, you will serve our guests by offering up to date techniques in skin care, waxing, relaxation massage, makeup, and more! We strive to help reflect the beauty within!

You will be responsible for providing high-quality skincare while ensuring a peaceful and professional experience for each guest.

Skills

• Valid Ohio Esthetic or Cosmetology License.
• Strong understanding of facial and body waxing techniques.
• Certifications in Dermaplaning and Relaxation Massage and an eagerness to offer these services.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Expanding into all spa services is available to those interested and skilled, within your license.
• Eagerness to serve clients by offering a wide variety of services.
• Familiarity with Comfort Zone, Farmhouse Fresh, and Jane Iredale products is a plus.

Pay Structure

• While building your clientele you will receive an hourly guarantee. You are able to earn commission right away!
• Position is for a W2 employee.
• There is no cap on your income. As you schedule fills, we will be able to raise your prices. As your service total grows, your commission percentage will rise over time.
• Tips are added into your check, per federal regulations.
• Retail commission bonuses are available on a bi-weekly basis.
